Carbon raids could raise heat on Uniting Church

The Australian Financial Review today reported that businesses failing to meet a Federal Government audit into their carbon emissions could face penalties up to $233,000 in an auditing regime, which includes further fines of up to $11,945 for each day an audited business fails to comply with the regulations.
